General Terms & Conditions

Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals

The following policies must be followed for all deposits and withdrawals on fb baji:

• Minimum deposit limit: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Minimum withdrawal limit: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Withdrawals can only be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Deposits or withdrawals from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Additional verification may be required for large withdrawals.

Fb baji accepts all major mobile banking services in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket, as well as cryptocurrencies including USDT. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method.

Betting Rules & General Policy

The following rules apply at all times when placing bets on fb baji:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, except in certain exceptional circumstances.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets are generally refunded.
• In live betting, certain bets may be automatically voided depending on how the match situation unfolds.
• Fb baji reserves the right to void odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a system or display error.
• Coordinated betting across multiple accounts on a single event is strictly prohibited.

Specific rules also apply to casino games. The payout rate (RTP) for each game is displayed within the game interface. fb baji ensures that all games are completely fair and operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

To enjoy fb baji's bonus and promotional offers, the following conditions must be met:

• Each bonus carries a specific Wagering Requirement (WR) that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.
• The welcome bonus is available to first-time registrants only.
• Using bonus funds to play certain restricted games is prohibited — see the Promotions page for details.
• Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being terminated.
• Bonus offers are time-limited — any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled after the specified period.
• To qualify for the referral bonus, the referred person must make a valid deposit and place a bet.

Fb baji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. However, bonuses already credited to your account can still be used in accordance with the applicable terms.

Prohibited Activities & Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fb baji platform, and immediate action will be taken upon detection:

• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using another person's account or sharing an account without authorization.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or attempting to hack the platform.
• Using fb baji for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing or threatening other members or staff.
• Spreading false information against fb baji.

Responsible Gaming Policy

Account Closure & Suspension Policy

Fb baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violating any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• Extended account inactivity (over 12 months).
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.

You may close your account at any time by emailing our support team. Before doing so, please ensure that all valid balances have been withdrawn.

Limitation of Liability

Fb baji explicitly states that it holds no liability for the following:

• Any loss resulting from an internet connection failure.
• If your account credentials are compromised due to your own negligence.
• Delays or losses caused by third-party payment gateway issues.
• In the event of temporary service disruption caused by an unexpected technical fault.
• Any financial consequences arising from decisions made based on betting outcomes.

Fb baji is committed to maintaining a high quality of service at all times, but temporary disruptions may occur due to server maintenance or unexpected technical issues. In such cases, we are committed to restoring service as quickly as possible.

Legal Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed in accordance with the guidelines of international online gaming licensing authorities. fb baji is a legitimately licensed online gaming platform.

• For any dispute, please contact the fb baji customer support team first.
• If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, you may submit a formal complaint.
• Disputes will be resolved through arbitration.
• These terms are available in both English and Bengali; in case of any discrepancy, the original English version shall prevail.
